ITAR & EAR Compliance Statement

Kraetonics strictly complies with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Parts 120–130), administered by the U.S. Department of State, and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR Parts 730–774), administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Certain Kraetonics products, software, and technical data are subject to these regulations and may not be exported, re-exported, released, or disclosed to any foreign jurisdiction, country, party or person —whether in the United States or abroad—without proper authorization from the relevant U.S. government agency. This includes disclosure through email, cloud platforms, file sharing, or visual inspection of controlled technology.

Kraetonics maintains strict internal controls to safeguard export-controlled information, including access restrictions, secure data environments, and employee training programs designed to ensure ongoing compliance. All employees and partners are required to adhere to these policies to prevent unauthorized access or export of controlled data or technology. Unauthorized access, transfer, or disclosure of export-controlled data is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties under U.S. law.

Destination Control Statement for OmniSlice

OmniSlice is controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.
